THE FINEST BOARDS

When you are choosing quality boards for your slats, we want you to be able to make the best choice for you. Our lumber is carefully graded so you know you are getting the right board for your set– but remember:

  • All our slat sets are made in the USA.
  • Our products are all graded above the NLGA or WWPA industry standards.
  • Every one of our products has that furniture finish – smooth and splinter-resistant.

All of our products are heat-treated and kiln-dried (dehumidified) to ensure a stable board. All water is dried out, along with all insects, if any, and every board produced is totally chemical-free from start to finish. This means it is non-toxic for both animals and babies.

Every board is produced using high-quality fiber and carefully graded to allow for smaller and fewer defects. When you choose this quality, you’re selecting a product that stands above industry standards. While we’re committed to selecting quality fiber and producing quality boards, we’re equally committed to sustainable forest management. That’s why the Company plants over 2.5 million trees each year.

Our trees are not farmed but taken out of natural forests In the Canadian wilderness which clears and makes room for other trees that we plant. Trees grown naturally are stronger in fiber and results in a better bed slat.
